Doresys
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Standing between two continents, Doresys, the city of gold, is a thriving and open capital where humans and various beings filled with a substance called “essence” live in harmony.
In this fantasy world, a young woman is sent to this city to work as an enchantress before having finished her studies. Her mission? To hunt and disenchant possessed objects that went out of control as well as obtaining their corrupted essence. During her stay, she’ll meet some of the inhabitants of the city and, with them, friendship, trust, partnership, and even love might come. But be aware, for the city’s past remains in the shadows. Looks like a place full of secrets… after all, maybe it’s true that not all that glitters is gold.
Ryder is Doresys’ guard promising young soldier. He’s a friendly, fearless, loyal, and charming man who is incredibly well-liked and popular among most citizens. However, he seems to enjoy being the center of all attention a bit too much. He swore to help and protect the people of Doresys, an oath he takes seriously. Could it be that despite his arrogance, Ryder has a good heart?
Navy occupies a position of responsibility in the city since she’s the mayor’s main secretary. A bit selfish and independent, Navy takes her job very seriously, and sometimes, that means she has to stay close to the new enchantress. But maybe she’s a little bit too interested in our protagonist. Could she be hiding something?
Gabriel is a young researcher who left his hometown behind when he moved to the city of Doresys, hoping to be able to take a step forward towards his dreams. Being botany his main area of interest, Gabriel is a softhearted, calm, and trusting man who won’t hesitate to offer a helping hand whenever he can.
Steel is an honest, distrustful, and pessimistic man who prefers to be reasonable over fixing problems using his fists, even though he’s tremendously good at the latter. Steel doesn’t trust the new enchantress and seems to dislike her presence in the city. It appears that the most marginalized citizens respect him greatly. But why?
Doresys is a fantasy-themed visual novel game in which your choices affect how characters behave or answer and possibly even change the outcome of some events of the story. This is an adventure lived from the perspective of a young woman as main character. You’ll be able to give this protagonist any name you want as well as choose her physical appearance between two different options. Each chapter will count with, at least, one illustration from one of the key or most representative moments that you will be able to obtain with the right answers and/or your affinity with each character.
The game will be rated +17. It may include adult language and scenes of violence and sex.
Doresys is a game still in development. Chapters will be released periodically over time (ideally each 2-3 months).
Hi! I’m Cintanna (or just Cin). I’m a 24-year-old digital artist from Spain. I studied graphic design in an art school in Barcelona, but digital art and imagining my own stories is what I enjoy doing.
When I was young, I grew an interest in Otome videogames and, for a long time, I’ve been thinking about starting my own project.
I decided to start working on Doresys as a personal project, something enjoyable to work on that would also let me explore and improve my drawing, writing, and coding skills while I create my own stories with my own characters. I hope this will be a fun and fulfilling experience, but above all, I hope you enjoy it!

¡Hola!
Hey is this still being worked on?
Hi! Yes, I've been slowly working on it even though I had to take a big break. It's still going to take a while but I plan on releasing a full game. Sorry for the inconvenience 🙏
OH!!! HOW WONDERFUL YOU ARE!!! telling us directly that you're still dev'ing this wonderful game!
A very promising game, and I love that it's a 17+.
It has charming BGs, cute CGs and inspiring soundtracks.
The story is pretty intriguing from the very beginning, and I have really enjoyed how the characters were portrayed (both main cast and npcs).
The thing I liked the most was having so much dialogue choices because it really helps with immersion in my opinion.
In the end the only detail I might have not being overly enthusiast about was having to choose how my mc looks like choosing from two identical pics, the only difference being one with fair and one with dark skin tone.
I think it would have been better to just have the ability to pick from basic textual options like eye color, hair color and length, skin color, maybe height (short, medium, tall) without having pics of the mc at all but that is just my personal preference (only because I really like a full immersion experience).
That said I am really looking forward to any future updates, so keep up the good work and congratulation in making so far a very enjoyable demo!
Thank you for the feedback! I appreciate it.
This game is so amazing! The artstyle, BG music and everything was great but the best part is that it's jam packed with content. The chapter itself I felt was a bit short but it was great. There were so many beautiful BGs, CGs and Sol is absolutely gorgeous and everything is so colourful and bright! I really liked that Sol was actually drawn instead of being just described as is the case in most VNs. The MC is nice and I like that you have the options to decide how you felt about your past and actually have a lot of choices that define your affection with the LIs without it being too obvious. The story was great too; the lore is built gradually instead of overwhelming you. As for the LIs, they seem to be quite intriguing but I can't pick a favorite yet!
As for the grammar and writing, for the most part it was fluent but there were a few errors here and there. Like in one place, there was a sentence "She said that putting a funny expression, rolling her eyes". Maybe saying "she put on a funny expression" or simply "she rolled her eyes while making a face" would have been more correct. Other than that there are a few spelling errors but for the most part it's fine. Anyway, I loved this and can't wait for the next chapter to be released!
About the spelling, English isn't my native language but I do try my best to not make many mistakes. I really appreciate the feedback though, I'll take it into account and try to fix those mistakes for the next update.
I'm glad to see you enjoyed the game despite this, hope you also enjoy the next chapter. Thank you for your comment 💕:)
Looking forward to playing this! Love that it's 17+ too, I can't find enough otomes out there that get spicy enough for me lol. Just finished chapter 1, definitely enjoyed it! Loving Gabriel.
Loved the first chapter! All the LIs are adorable but Steel and Ryder own my heart <3 Can't wait to see what's next!
Oh, this looks really promising. The art is pretty. I like how the faces are being drawn, especially the eyes.
Looks so interesting! The artstyle is gorgeous. And I love that it's 17+ coz it's hard to find games that are both story rich yet a bit mature. Looking forward to the whole game!
Wow this looks so interesting and cool! I love the colors, so vibrant!
